A concept built from humble beginnings, Victorian Mobile Bar Services is a Ballarat based fully licensed mobile bar servicing Ballarat and regional areas.

Victorian Mobile Bar Services is a contemporary award winning mobile bar service, influenced by a love of nostalgia and a passion for the hospitality industry. Our vision is to assist in creating fun, seamless, and memorable experiences. We specialise in catering to weddings, festivals, corporate and special events.

We provide a pop-up bar serving you and your guests drinks, tap beer and wine (of your choice), plus signature cocktails can also be prearranged for that extra something something!

Victorian Mobile Bar Services provide a fantastic solution for those dreaming of holding an event in a unique and/or remote location - Perhaps a country barn setting, a marquee setup on a family property, or a celebration inside your local hall. The sky is the limit, and we're here to make it happen for you.

Victorian Mobile Bar Services create a seamless, fun, unique and safe solution to any event. Because we are Ballarat's only fully licensed mobile bar service there's no need to worry about going through the process of applying for a liquor license for your event, the additional costs to obtain a liquor license, figuring out exactly how much alcohol to order, hiring glassware, clearing glassware throughout the event, or wondering what to do with excess stock. We will take care of every last detail so you can relax and enjoy your big day.

cash bar

We bring the bar (Caravan Bar/Mobile Bar), drinks, glassware, fully qualified staff and a full liquor licence. You and your guests can choose from our selection of refreshing beverages, and pay as you go. EFTPOS available.* Mobile Bar $500 / Caravan Bar $800

PRE-PAid bar

Like the Cash Bar, but with a planned amount of money placed on a bar tab. When this runs out you can top up the bar tab, or your guests can pay as they go.* Mobile Bar $500 / Caravan Bar $800 plus the amount you would like to place on a bar tab.

We bring the bar, drinks, glassware, x2 fully qualified staff and a full liquor licence, and charge from $60 per head for unlimited beer, wine and soft drink for 6hrs service. Basic Spirits can be prearranged at an additional cost, or your guests can pay for basic spirits as they go.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR HIRE CHARGE?

Every function is different, however for most functions we will include: 

- A mobile bar with a glycol chiller system running up to 3 taps for beer and/or cider

- Liquor Licence with your choice of alcohol available for purchase

- x 2 RSA qualified friendly staff with several years in the hospitality industry

- All glassware

- Our staff will clear up all glassware throughout the event 

- Decorations to dress the bar - If suitable (e.g flowers, candles, bunting, light box signage, rustic chalkboard signage) 

*If required, extra staff, more service time and/or security can be arranged at an additional cost.

ARE YOUR BAR STAFF TRAINED? 

Absolutely! Our bar staff have RSA's, and have substantial backgrounds working in hospitality - plus they are warm and friendly peeps so you and your guests will enjoy great customer service.

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS CAN YOU DO?

Private parties, celebrations, corporate events, festivals, and last but not least weddings. We also contribute 10% of profits towards sporting clubs, charitable organisations or fundraising events.

DOES VICTORIAN MOBILE BAR SERVICES SELL ALCOHOL?

Yes, we have a full liquor licence! If you like we can organise a bar tab for you and your guests, or you can simply pay as you go.

DO YOU HAVE EFTPOS?

Yes, we sure do! 

DO YOU SERVE TAP BEER? 

Yes, we do! 

WHAT DRINKS DO YOU SERVE?

We can serve any of your favourite drinks! We have 3 taps to serve beer and/or cider, as well as mixed spirits. We can also serve cocktails, or your very own signature drink in prearranged agreements. 

WHAT IS YOUR HIRE CHARGE?

Our hire charge varies depending on what package and mobile bar you would like. We have a variety of options to suit your needs and budget, so please be sure to check out our Packages page on this website to learn more.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

Send us a message via the enquiry form on our web site's "Let's Chat" page, or send us an email on info@vicmobilebars.com. If you're up for a chat (like us!) feel free to give us a call. A minimum $250 deposit is needed to secure your booking.

do you have public liability insurance?

We most certainly do. We have 20M Liability Insurance.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

Yes, deposits are non-refundable. After a date is confirmed for your event we pencil it into our calendar, which means if it is cancelled we run the risk of missing other bookings. *Please note, due to the unpredictability of Covid-19 we are more than accommodating with our valued peeps, so please chat to us if there’s any roadblocks, and we will do our best to work with you to shift the date (working within state guidelines). If this can’t be achieved due to Covid-19 we will refund your deposit.
